Revoke your current activation

Use this form to revoke the current activation of your Omnipeek or LiveWire Virtual software when you want to transfer it to a new device.

PLEASE NOTE: This form is only used to revoke activation on version 12.0 of Omnipeek/LiveWire Virtual and later.

How to find your Activation ID:

  • Omnipeek
    • Open the lserv file in \ProgramData\LiveAction\Omnipeek
    • Copy the GUID after AID= at the end of one of the feature blocks
  • LiveWire Virtual
    • Open the lserv file in /etc/omni
    • Copy the GUID after AID= at the end of one of the feature blocks
